Day 02: Arrive at Bhuntar Airport

Day 03: Kullu – Chansari – Bijli Mahadev (2,460 m): 3kms: 2-3hrs
- Drive from Kullu to Chansari village (22 km / 1 hr by road).
- Start the trek with a steep ascent of ~1,200 steps through pine and deodar forests.
- Reach Bijli Mahadev Temple, perched atop Mathan Hill with 360° views of Parvati, Beas, and Kullu valleys.
- Camp overnight near the temple (campsites available or forest clearings).
Day 04: Bijli Mahadev – Matikochar – Naggaru/Bheda Thach (3,000 m): 9-10kms: 5-6hrs
- After breakfast, begin trek eastward along the forest trail toward Matikochar village.
- Dense oak and cedar forests slowly give way to higher alpine zones.
- Continue ascending to Bheda Thach or Naggaru, beautiful alpine meadows above 3,000 m.
- Camp here for the night in open pastures with stunning mountain backdrops.
Day 05: Bheda Thach – Chiklani – Chanderkhani Base (3,600 m):6-7kms:4-5hrs.
- Easy to moderate trail with gradual altitude gain through rhododendron shrubs and wildflower meadows.
- Pass through Chiklani meadows, a known rest point with water sources.
- Reach base of Chanderkhani Pass, set up camp in the meadows below the pass.
- Acclimatization walk in evening.
Day 06: Chanderkhani Base – Chanderkhani Pass (3,660 m) – Malana (2,700 m): 12kms : 607hrs
- Begin early for a moderately steep ascent to Chanderkhani Pass (3,660 m).
- Pass offers grand panoramic views of Deo Tibba, Indrasan, Parvati Range, and Dhauladhar.
- From the pass, descend steadily through alpine and then dense coniferous forests to reach Malana village.
- Overnight stay in/near Malana (homestays or camp just outside village boundary as locals restrict access).
Day 07: (Optional): Malana – Jari – Manikaran / Kasol / Kullu: 3-4kms downhill: 5hrs.
- Easy downhill trek from Malana to Malana Gate / Jari roadhead (transport pickup).
- Drive to Kasol or Kullu via Jari (2 hrs).
- Can extend trip for hot springs at Manikaran or chill in Kasol.
